Which service do you need?

Telling us the service up front saves a round trip:

• HAAHA Fresh Market — fruit, vegetables, beverages, food, ingredients and beauty products. Browse, add to your basket, and send the order through.
• UMUSARE Driver Services — a Standard, Protocol or Escort driver. Tell us the pickup, destination, date and time.

How we handle what you send

Every order and driver request arrives as pending. Someone on our team reads it and comes back to you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the details and the final price. Nothing is dispatched, and no driver is assigned, before that conversation. You can read the full detail in our Terms & Conditions.

Questions about your personal information

Nyaruka Co Haha Ltd is the data controller for the details you give us. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, message or call the number above and say it is a privacy request — we may ask you to confirm the phone number used on the order, so that we do not give your details to someone else.

Reporting a problem with an order

For fresh goods, please tell us on the day of delivery so we can put it right. For a driver booking, contact us as soon as you can. Have your name and the phone number you booked with ready — that is how we find the record.
